• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, and platform interactions for security and performance.

Your data is used strictly for service delivery, including:

• Managing accounts and processing payments.
• Matching students with tutors.
• SMS Communications: Delivering session reminders and urgent schedule changes via text message based on your explicit consent.
• Privacy Guard: We do not sell your personal data. Your phone number and email are never shared with tutors or students.

5. Mobile Info Sharing Statement (Compliance Clause)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your phone number is shared ONLY with our primary service providers (Twilio and GoHighLevel) to deliver the SMS notifications you have opted to receive. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own marketing or sharing it with any other third parties.

6. Data Security and Handling

We implement industry-standard 256-bit encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest.

• SMS Data Security: All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are stored securely and excluded from any general data-sharing practices.
